多潘立酮联合胃苏颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

目的观察多潘立酮联合胃苏颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）的临床疗效。方法将120例DGP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。在常规治疗基础上，治疗组予胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮进行治疗，对照组单用多潘立酮治疗。观察2组临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91．67％高于对照组的68．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗DGP疗效显著，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of domperidone combined with Weisu granule in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of domperidone combined with Weisu granule in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）. Methods 120 cases patients with DGP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases. On basis of conventional treatment, treatment group were given Weisu granule combined with domperi- done treatment, control group was treated with domperidone only. Observed the efficacy and adverse reaction of 2 groups. Re- suits The total effective rate of treatment group （91.67%） was higher than that of control group （68.33%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Weisu granule combined with domperidone in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is effective, safety, and worthy of clinical application.
