我院鼠神经生长因子的使用情况分析

目的调查该院住院科室2011-2013年同期(1月1日-8月31日)鼠神经生长因子(NGF)的使用情况。方法统计该院住院科室NGF的使用情况,采用用药频度(DDDs)方法,对NGF用药金额、用药量等进行统计、分析。结果 2011-2012年,恩经复的总用量及总金额均高于苏肽生。3年中NGF使用较多的科室有眼科、神经内科、神经外科和心血管内科等。结论统计科室3年的应用情况差别不大,但总的应用情况基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势。

Usage analysis of mouse nerve growth factor in our hospital

Objective To investigate the usage of mouse nerve growth factor （NGF） in the same period （January 1- August 31 ） of 2011 -2013 in our hospital. Methods Count the NGF usage of inpatient departments, using DDDs method to statistic and analysis the amount of medication, dosage of NGF. Results 2011 -2012, the total amount of medication and dos- age of enjingfu was higher than sutaisheng, among three years, the department use more NGF was ophthalmology, neurology, neurosurgery and cardiology, etc. Conclusion The application of all departments analyzed in three years is not very different, but the general application of the basic line with our current general trend of consumption of drugs.
