针刀松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症58例疗效观察

目的：评价针刀松解术在腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效及安全性。方法：腰椎间盘突出症（后外侧突出型）患者116例，采用数字随机分组法，治疗组58例，对照组58例。治疗组应用针刀松解术，通过针刀触激腰脊神经根鞘膜。对照组采用针刺、推拿、牵引综合治疗。疗程2个月。结果：治疗组58例，针刀治疗2个月后评价疗效，临床治愈22例，好转34例，总有效率96.55%。患者最少治疗1次，平均治疗4.8次。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组差异有显著意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组无明显的不良反应。结论：针刀松解术对腰椎间盘突出症治疗，是一种非常有效又安全的治疗方法。

Clinical observation on treating 58 cases of lumbar disc herniation with acupotome lysis therapy

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of acupotome lysis therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation. Method：A total of 116 patients with lateral lumbar disc herniation were randomized into treated group and control group, 58 in each group. The treated group received acupotome lysis treatment by stimulating lumbar spinal nerve root sheath, while the control group received the combined treatment of acupotome, massage and traction. The course lasted 2 months. Result： The clinical effect was evaluated after 2 months, and the total efficiency was 96.55%in the treated group of 58 cases, with 22 cases cured and effective in 34 cases. Each patient was treated at least once, 4.8 times at average. The clinical effect of the treated group was superior to that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. There was no obvious untoward reaction in treated group. Conclusion：Acupotome lysis therapy is an effective and safe way to treat lumbar disc herniation.
