参芪生血丸联合西药治疗慢性再障临床观察

目的：观察参芪生血丸联合西药（环孢素软胶囊＋司坦唑醇片）治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法：选择90例慢性再障患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组60例，对照组30例。参芪生血丸联合西药为治疗组，西药（环孢素软胶囊＋司坦唑醇片）为对照组。观察临床症状、血象等指标，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05），治疗组中肾阳虚型治疗效果优于肾阴虚型（P〈0.05）。结论：参芪生血丸联合西药治疗慢性再障，临床症状、血象等指标均获得良好改善。

Clinical observation on treating CAA by Shenqi Shengxue pill combined with modern medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Shengxue pill combined with modern medicine （Cyclosporine soft capsule＋Secretary Tan tebuconazole piece） on treating chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into treated group and the control group, 60 patients in the treated group and30 patients in the control group. The Shenqi Shengxue pill combined with modern medicine for the treated group and modern medicine （Cyclosporine soft capsule＋Secretary Tan tebuconazole tablets） for the control group. Clinical symptoms and blood indicators were observed and analyzed statistically. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）, in the treated group the clinical efficacy of Shenyangxu type was better than Shenyinxu type （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shenqi Shengxue pill combined with modern medicine was effective on treating CAA, clinical symptoms and blood indicators could be improved.
