中西医结合治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的探讨

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的疗效。方法：采用手术切开复位内固定及中药内服、熏洗联合功能锻炼治疗38例儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折患者。结果：按Kim’s评分1]标准，33例优秀，2例良好，2例可，1例差。优良率92.1%。结论：对手术切开复位内固定结合中药内服、熏洗是治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折一种有效的方法。

Discussion on treating old monteggia fractures in children in the integrative medicine

Objective：To investigate the effect of the integrative medicine on treating old monteggia fractures in children. Methods：38 cases were treated by operation with open reduction and internal fixation and herbal internal, fumigation combined with functional exercise. Results：According to Kim’s standard, 33 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, 2 cases of good, 1 case of difference. The excellent and good rate was 92.1%. Conclusion：Operation with open reduction and internal fixation and herbal internal, fumigation combined with functional exercise is an effective way.
