湖南地区大学生亚健康状态中医证候特点及其影响因素调查分析

目的调查分析湖南地区大学生亚健康状态的中医证候特点及其影响因素。方法制定符合大学生人群特点的问卷调查表，采用横断面调查法，对湖南地区8所高校的907例亚健康状态的大学生进行现场调查问卷的填写．并对其中医证候特点及影响因素进行分析。结果湖南地区大学生亚健康的中医证型排名前8位的分别是：肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚、肝气郁结、气血亏虚、肝郁化火、湿热蕴结、脾虚湿阻、心脾两虚，涉及到的病位主要有肝、心、脾、肾。不同学校、不同专业、不同性别及不同民族的湖南地区大学生亚健康的中医证候分布特点不同．这与不同的学习环境、睡眠时间、学校与专业、性别、民族、地域及生活习惯的差异有关。结论湖南地区大学生亚健康状态中医证候分布具有一定的独特性。

Characteristics of TCM syndromes and influential factors of Sub-health status among Hunan university students

Objective To investigate and analyze the TCM syndrome characteristics and the influencing factors of sub-health status among university students in Hunan area. Methods Questionnaire was made for the university students; applying cross-sectional research method, questionnaires were conducted among 907 sub-healthy students from 8 universities and the TCM syndrome characters and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The top 8 TCM syndromes of sub-health among university students in Hunan area included liver depression and spleen deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, liver Qi depression, Qi and blood deficiency, liver depression transforming into fire, damp-heat accumulation and stagnation, spleen deficiencyand dampness retention, heart and spleen deficiency. These syndromes were mainly involving the liver, heart, spleen and kidney. There were differences in distribution characters of TCM syndromes according to different universities, majors, genders and ethnic background; these were related to the differences of study environment, sleeping time, universities and majors, genders, ethnic background, areas and lifestyles. Conclusion The distribution characters of the TCM syndroms of sub-health among Hunan university students have certain features.
