犀角地黄汤加味治疗过敏性紫癜40例临床观察

目的观察犀角地黄汤加味治疗儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月住院HSP患儿80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上联合犀角地黄汤加味。治疗14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5％，对照组为72．5％，2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论犀角地黄汤加味治疗儿童过敏性紫癜急性期临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Xijiaodihuang Decoction in treating allergic purpura in 40 cases

Objective To observe the effect of Xijiaodihuang Decoction in treating pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura （ HSP） . Methods 80 cases of HSP from 2010 January to 2012 December were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with routine western medicine combined with Xijiaodihuang Decoction. After 14 d treatment, clinical statistics was made. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5%, 72.5% in the control group, the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xijiaodihuang Decoction can acquire exact clinical curative effect in treating acute pediatric allergic purpura.
