| 摘 要： | 目的从30多个新合成的含噻唑烷酮环的类核苷化合物中筛选出无细胞毒性反应、具有促进T淋巴细胞增殖（免疫调节）活性的化合物。方法取健康Balb/c小鼠脾细胞制备单个细胞悬液,采用MTT法检测化合物对小鼠脾细胞及ConA活化的T淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果筛选出的化合物CH1a、CH2a、CH1b和CH2b可促进活化的T淋巴细胞增殖。结论化合物CH1a、CH2a、CH1b和CH2b具有潜在免疫调节活性。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen compounds with immunomodulatory activity from over 30 novel synthetic C-Pseudonucleosides bearing Thiazolidin-one. Methods Splenic suspension was prepared using healthy Balb/c mice. Compounds with immunomodulatory activity were screened using MTT method. Results Four C-Pseudonucleosides bearing Thiazolidin-one （CHla, CH2a, CHlb and CH2b） with immunomodulatory activity were got. Conclusion Compounds CHla, CH2a, CHlb and CH2b possess potential immunomodulatory activity. |
