胃大部切除术患者中加速康复外科护理的应用体会

目的:总结加速外科护理对胃大部切除的患者所起到的临床作用.方法:选取2011年1月至2011年7月在本院进行胃大部切除术的50例患者,随机分成观察组25例和对照组25,对照组进行常规胃大部切除术护理,观察组进行加速康复外科护理.比较两组患者的临床效果,总结护理体会.结果:观察组临床效果优15例,临床效果良9例,临床效果中1例,临床效果差0例,临床效果优良率为96%;对照组临床效果优6例,临床效果良13例,临床效果中4例,临床效果差2例,临床效果优良率为76%.两组在临床效果优良率上有显著性差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论:对胃大部切除术的患者进行加速康复外科护理可明显提高临床效果优良率,改善患者的营养状况以及抗感染能力,明显比常规护理方法具有临床优势,值得临床上推广使用.

Experience of Surgical Care for Improving Prognosis in Patients with Gastrectomy

Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of accelerating surgical care in treating patients with gastrectomy.Method: We chose 50 patients who were operated in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jul.2011.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 25 cases.The control group will be operated on,while the observation group will receive accelerated rehabilitation surgical care.At last,we will compare the clinical effects of two groups and make a conclusion of nursing.Result: The clinical effect of 15 cases in the observed group were excellent,9 were good,1 was so-so and none was poor.The good clinical effect rate was 96%.While in the control group,only 6 cases achieved an excellent clinical effect,4 cases were so-so,2 cases were bad.The good clinical effect rate was only 76%.There’s significant differences in the clinical effect of the fine rate(P<0.05).The result is statistically significant.Conclusion: Surgical care improving prognosis can significantly improve the clinical better effect rate,and also improve the patients nutritional condition and their ability to resist infection.This kind of method has obvious clinical advantages than the conventional care methods and is worth being widely promoted in the clinical practice.
