消银胶囊与他扎罗汀凝胶联合治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效观察

目的观察口服消银胶囊与外用他扎罗汀凝胶联合治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效。方法将182例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用消银胶囊口服,外用他扎罗汀凝胶;对照组单纯外用他扎罗汀凝胶。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为87.91%,对照组有效率为65.93%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.38,P〈0.01）。结论此方法治疗掌跖脓疱病效果好,不良反应少,复发率低。

Clinical observation on the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis with Xiaoyin capsules combined with tazarotene gel

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaoyin capsules combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods 182 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,in the treatment group Xiaoyin capsules was taken orally,topical tazarotene gel was externally used;in the control group only tazarotene gel was externally used.The treatment both lasted 4 weeks.Results The efficactive rate separately were 87.91%,65.93%.The efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（χ2=12.38,P 0.01）.conclusion There is higher effective rate,fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence ratein the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis with xiaoyin capsules in combination with tazarotene gel.
