保定市易县碘缺乏病防治现状调查

目的了解易县碘缺乏病防治现状,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按分层随机抽样的方法,对8～10岁儿童进行病情监测、尿碘监测,对学生家中食用盐进行碘盐监测。采用问卷调查形式了解学生碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率。结果监测食盐288份,合格碘盐食用率为96.18%。检查8～10岁儿童1 781人,患病率为3.87%。采集尿样100份,尿碘中位数为204.12μg/L。健康问卷调查,食用碘盐知晓率为100%。结论各项指标均达到了国家碘缺乏病消除标准,今后应继续加强碘缺乏病的监测工作。

Cross-sectional investigation of iodine deficiency disease in Baoding Yixian

Objective Understanding of iodine deficiency disease status in Yixian, to provide a scientific basis for future work of iodine deficiency disease. Methods The method of cohort stratified random sampling was adopted, and the condition monitoring, urinary iodine monitoring, iodized salt monitoring of edible salt in home was administered to students aged 8 to 10, in Yixian. The questionnaire was carried out among students about the awareness rate of iodine deficiency disease. Results Monitoring salt 288 samples, Coverage rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.18%. Children aged 8-10 was 1781, the prevalence rate was 3.87%. 100 urine samples were collected, the median urinary iodine was 204.12 ~tg/L. The questionnaire revealed that 100% awareness rate of edible iodized salt. Conclusion The indicators have reached the national elimination standards of iodine deficiency disorders, we should continue to strengthen the monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders in the future.
