鼻咽癌的CT与MRI诊断效果对比分析

摘    要:目的:对比分析鼻咽癌(NPC)患者局部侵犯情况的CT诊断与MRI诊断效果.方法:将我院病理实验证实为鼻咽癌患者的初诊资料进行整理分析,选择治疗前经过CT诊断及MRI诊断的患者71例,多名专家共同对其鼻咽部位的扫描片进行对比分析,统计两种影像诊断方法对侵犯的检出率.结果:在对鼻咽部位的影像学诊断中,CT诊断的检出率为43.6%(31/71),MRI诊断的检出率为70.4%(50/71);在对颅底部位的影像学诊断中,CT诊断的检出率为22.5%(16/71),MRI诊断的检出率为56.3%(40/71).结论:在对鼻咽癌(NPC)患者进行局部侵犯情况的影像学诊断中应注重MRI诊断结果,其无论是对鼻咽部还是对颅底的检测均比CT诊断明显.

Abstract:Objective: To conduct a comparative analysis on the diagnostic effects between CT scan and MRI in diagnosing local invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Method: Preliminary diagnosis data of the patients who were definitely diagnosed with NPC at pathological test in our hospital were sorted out.71 cases of patients who had undergone both CT scan and MRI before the treatment were selected.Comparative analysis was performed on the images of nasopharyngeal sites by several experts,to obtain a statistic result for the detection rates of invasion for both imaging techniques.Result: For the imaging diagnosis of nasopharyngeal invasion,the detection rate of CT scan was 43.6%(31 /71),while that of MRI was 70.4%(50 /71).For the imaging diagnosis of local invasion to basis cranii,the detection rate of CT scan was 22.5%(16 / 71),while that of MRI was 56.3%(40 /71).Conclusion: MRI result appeared to be a preferential imaging technique in diagnosing local invasion for the patients with NPC.The detection rates of nasopharyngeal invasion and local invasion to basis cranii with MRI scan are both higher than those with CT scan.
