| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻(面)罩无创呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:入选病例64例,分为常规治疗组和呼吸机治疗组,两组患者心率,呼吸频率,血气分析比较。结果:呼吸机治疗组患者心率,呼吸频率,血气分析的改善优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效肯定,缓解患者的临床症状更快;使PaO2,SaO2和降低PaCO2提高更明显;而缩短住院时间。

Clinical Analysis of 64 Cases Type 2 Respiratory Failure Complicated with COPD Treated by Noninvasive Ventilator |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of type 2 respiratory failures in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:64 patients were divided in two groups,One group were treated with noninvasive ventilator,the other with routine treatment.Compared heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis in the two groups.Result:More obvious improvement of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis were observed in noninvasive ventilator treatment group than the routine treatment group,There’s significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator is effective in the treatment of type 2 respiratory failures in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It rapidly relieves symptoms,improves PaO2 and reduces PaCO2.Shortens hospitalization time. |
