新医改背景下县级公立医院的融资途径

关于公立医院融资的现有研究多针对大中型综合医院,很少涉及县级公立医院。从县级公立医院的发展现状和资金结构入手,对其融资内、外关系及特点进行分析,寻找新医改背景下适合县级公立医院的融资途径,拓展其融资渠道,扩大其融资规模,从而使医院在发展资金有保障情况下,最大限度地发挥其社会公益性作用,并使医院更好、更快及协调发展。

A simple analysis of financing approach of county public hospital under the new health-care reform

The existing researches of public hospital financing of are mostly based on large and medium-sized general hospital,but very little involves the county level public hospital.From the current situation and capital structure of county public hospital,this paper analyzes the relationship and characteristics of endogenous financing and external financing,expanding financing approach and scale,so that the hospital under the condition of financial security can maximize its welfare function,and then obtain a better,faster and coordinated development.
