探讨按摩疗法在骨科患者疼痛护理中的作用

目的:评估按摩疗法这项护理措施对骨科患者疼痛程度的影响.方法:本研究纳入了80例在我院住院的男性膝关节手术患者.研究对象随机分为两组.干预组的患者除了常规治疗外,每天接受20min的按摩治疗,同时评估按摩治疗前后的疼痛程度.结果:干预组患者按摩前后的疼痛程度评分有显著差异(P <0.001),但这种差异在对照组(P = 0.33)不存在.两组患者的疼痛程度评分在干预措施前没有显著的差异(P>0.05),在干预后有显著统计学意义(P = 0.002).结论:按摩作为一种简单、廉价和有效的护理措施,可成为一种缓解骨科患者疼痛的积极方法.

Massage Therapy in Orthopedic Patients Pain

Objective: To assess the massage therapy of the nursing interventions on the degree of pain of orthopedic patients.Method: The study included 80 male patients with knee surgery in our hospital.Subjects were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to conventional treatment,the intervention group patients received a daily 20 minutes of massage therapy,then scored the degree of pain before and after massage therapy.Result: The pain scores before and after the intervention were significantly different in patients with massage(P <0.001),but this difference did not exist in the control group(P = 0.33).The difference of pain scores before any intervention in the two groups of patients were not significantly(P> 0.05),but this difference after the intervention was statistically significant(P = 0.002).Conclusion: Massage as a simple,cheap and effective care measures,can be a positive way to ease the pain in orthopedic patients.
