| 摘 要： | 笔者报道108例胸腔镜交感神经切断术治疗手汗症患者的护理。认为术前应针对患者心理特点做好心理护理．术后加强病情的观察,及早发现处理并发症：气胸及皮下气肿,代偿性多汗及前胸部疼痛,是患者得到良好恢复的关键。

| Abstract: | The author reported nursing of 108 patients with palmer hyperhidrosis treated by thoracoscopic sympathectomy. The author argues that mental care before operation, closer observation of disease situation, timely detection and handling of complications, such as pneumothorax , hypodermal emphysema and front chest pain, are very important to the good recovery of patients. |
