| 摘 要： | 本文采用配对的方法,对一组(52例)高热惊厥(FC)儿童的智力发育进行了分析。结果表明:本组FC患儿中绝大多数(90％)的智商(IQ)在正常范围(>70),但与配对组儿童相比,IQ中上及中等的比例较少,而IQ在中下和边缘水平的比例较高,平均IQ低于配对组。且发现:随着FC发生次数的增加,患儿IQ有下降的趋势,智商低下(<70)的患儿FC发生的平均次数明显高于其他患儿。揭示:高热惊厥对儿童智能的影响不容忽视,而减少或控制高热惊厥的反复发作对减少儿童的智能损害尤为重要。 |

| Abstract: | The intellignce of 50 children with febrile convulsion and their matched pairs was studied. The result showed that the IQs of 90% children with febrile convulsion were normal,but the proportion of the febrile convulsion children with IQ in middle level or above was lower,and the average IQ of febrile convulsion chileren was lower than that of matched group. The 5 febrile convulson children with IQ below 70 all had the history of high incidence of febrile convulsion recurrence. Therefore, the effect of febrile convulsion on intelligience of children shouldn' t be ignored. The prevention of the recurrence of febrile convulsion was important to decrease the frequency of mental retardqtion of children. |
