| 摘 要： | 目的 通过临床观察体现止嗽散在咳嗽中的治疗效价,方法 随机分治疗组60例和对照组各40例,两组具有可比性,治疗组以西药配合止嗽散加减治疗,对照组以单纯西药治疗,结果 治疗组总有效率91.6%,对照组总有效率70%,经统计学分析,治疗组与对照组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),结论 在西药治疗基础上加用止嗽散治疗咳嗽,取得了比单用西药治疗要好的效果,临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To reflect the curing value of Zhi Sou San in cough through clinicalobservation. Methods We have two groups in random: treatment group (60 cases) and control group ( 40cases), the two groups have the balance, we use western medicine and Zhi Sou San in treatment group, andonly western medicine in control group. Results There is 91.6% efficatious in treatment group, only70% efficacious in Control group. Through the statistics, there is much difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclsion We use Zhi Sou San in curing cough on the foundation of western medicine curing,we have got better result than only western medicine curing, it has the value to be spreaded on clinicalpractice. |
