小儿手足口病合并病毒性脑炎的临床分析及干扰素治疗研究

目的：探讨小儿手足口病合并病毒性脑炎的临床治疗方法。方法：选取2008年至2010年间来我院治疗的手足口病合并病毒性脑炎患儿共230例,随机分为两组。对照组115例患儿采用常规治疗方式进行治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上,加用重组人干扰素α-1b肌肉注射,对两组患儿的治疗结果进行对比总结。统计学采用SPSS18.0软件进行计数卡方检验。两组患儿在年龄、病程等方面对比无显著差异,具有统计学意义。结果：实验组115例患儿在进行相应的治疗后,仅有5例患儿治疗效果较差,治愈率达95.7%,对照组中有22例治疗效果较差,治愈率为80.9%,SPSS18.0软件检验结果为X2=12.13,P〈0.01,对比差异显著。结论：在手足口病合并病毒性脑炎患儿的治疗中采用重组人干扰素α-1b,可提高患儿的治愈率,保证患儿的良好发育。

The Clinical Analysis and Interferon Therapy of Children Hand Foot and Mouth Disease with Viral Encephalitis

Objective：To discuss the clinical treatment method of children hand foot and mouth disease with viral encephalitis.Method：We selected 230 cases with hand foot and mouth disease with viral encephalitis from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital,They were divided into two groups randomly.115 patients of control group were treated with conventional therapy,experimental group were treated on the basis of useing recombinant human interferon α-1b by intramuscular injection,compared and summarized the treatment results of the two groups.Statistical counting used SPSS18.0 software and chi-square test.There’s no significant differeny in two groups in age,duration,etc.of children,There’s statistically significant difference.Result：There were only 5 patients with less effective treatment in 115 patients of the experimental group after making appropriate treatment,the cure rate was up to 95.7%,there were 22 patients in the control group with less effective treatment,the cure rate was 80.9%,The test results of SPSS18.0 software was X2 = 12.13,P 〈0.01,it has significant difference.Conclusion：The interferon therapy on children hand foot and mouth disease with viral encephalitis can improve the cure rate in children,and ensure the good development of children.
