| 摘 要： | 目的探讨nm23及血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF—C）表达与胃癌的生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法对52例胃癌组织中nm23及VEGF-C表达进行测定。结果nm23低表达或VEGF—C高表达者淋巴结转移率明显高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0．05），而与肿瘤大小、TNM、性别无关（P〉0．05）。结论通过nm23及VEGF—C表达检测对估计肿瘤转移预后有显著意义，而且二者协同检测意义更大。 |
