| 摘 要： | 目的分析孝感市40所医院医疗废物管理现状。方法对40所医院医疗废物管理现状进行问卷调查。结果1所三级甲等综合医院得分最高（96．00分），二级医院得分处于中等偏上水平，一级医院得分相对较低；40所医院在医疗废物管理的多个环节中均存在不同程度的缺陷。结论医疗废物管理现状不容乐观，应提高医院感染控制意识、控制水平及管理投入。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigat the management status of medical wastes in 40 hospitals in Xiaogan. Method The medical waste management situa-tion in 40 hospitals in Xiaogan were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results One 3A - level general hospital got the highest score of 96.00. Scores of 2 - level hospitals were above the average level, and scores of 1 - level hospitals were relatively low. Besides, flaws existed in many links of medical waste management in the 40 hospitals. Conclusion The management status of medical wastes is not optimistic. It is suggested to improve medical staffs＇aware-ness,levels of infection control and management inputs. |
