前列腺癌中紧密连接蛋白-4的表达及与生化复发的关系

【】 目的 探讨(紧密连接蛋白-4)Claudin-4在前列腺癌中的表达及与前列腺癌生化复发之间的关系。 方法 应用SP法检测79例前列腺癌和45例前列腺增生组织中Claudin-4的表达状况,分析其与前列腺癌临床病理特点之间的关系,对前列腺癌随诊结果利用Kaplan-Meier生存分析5年前列腺癌患者生化复发与Claudin-4表达之间的关系； 结果 Claudin-4在前列腺癌和增生前列腺中表达阳性率分别为64.56％(51/79)和33.33％(15/45)．两者之间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。Claudin-4阳性表达与TNM分期和Gleason评分有关(均P<0.05)。随访前列腺癌患者PSA结果进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示Claudin-4阳性患者5年生化复发率高于阴性表达患者。 结论 Claudin-4在前列腺癌组织中增高表达,其异常表达与前列腺癌临床分期和Gleason评分及5年生化复发相关,联合检测Claudin-4可能有助于前列腺癌预后评估。

Expression and Relationships of biochemical recurrence of Claudin-4 in prostate cancer

OBJECTIVE To investigate expression and its biochemical recurrence of Claudin-4 in prostate cancer. METHODS SP method was used to detect expression of Claudin-4 in 79 cases with prostate cancer and 45 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia, and analyze the relationship between the clinical and pathological features, follow-up results was analyzed relationship between patients of 5 years biochemical recurrence and Claudin-4 expression with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis; RESULTS the positive rate of Claudin-4 expression in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia was respectively 64.56%, (51/79) and 33.33% (15/45). There was different between the two, it was statistically significant (P<0.01). Claudin-4 expression in prostate cancer were related to TNM stage and Gleason score (P<0.05). Follow-up results of PSA in prostate cancer patients were detected with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, results showed Claudin-4-positive expression patients with 5-year biochemical recurrence rate was higher than in patients with Claudin-4 negative expression. CONCLUSION Claudin-4 expression was increased in prostate cancer, which increased expression was related to clinical stage and Gleason score and biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer, combined detection may contribute to prognosis of prostate cancer.
