角膜基质注水术联合角膜绷带镜治疗角膜小穿孔伤28例疗效观察

目的：回顾性观察通过对角膜基质注水人为制造角膜基质水肿联合角膜绷带镜治疗角膜细小穿孔伤的疗效。方法：对28例角膜透明区细小穿孔伤患者行角膜层间注水至组织水肿达到水密后给予佩戴角膜绷带镜,术后给予抗炎、预防感染的治疗。结果：28例患者均顺利完成手术,到达角膜水密状态,给予佩戴角膜绷带镜治疗,1例术后6小时复诊时轻压眼球伤口出现少量渗漏,再次角膜层间注水术联合角膜绷带镜治疗加压包扎,4小时再次复诊无渗漏；第二天及一周后全部患者角膜愈合良好。结论：角膜层间注水术联合角膜绷带镜法在治疗角膜透明区细小穿孔伤是一种简单、有效、易掌握的术式,在临床中值得推广。

Objective: To retrospectively observe the curative effect of the man-made corneal stroma edema combined with corneal bandage contact lens on treatment of small corneal perforation. Methods: 28 patients with small corneal perforation were treated with the man-made corneal stroma edema combined with corneal bandage contact lens. Postoperative anti-inflammatory and prevention of infection were also performed. Results: All surgeries were successfully completed. the man-made corneal stroma edema combined with corneal bandage contact lens. 1 case experienced slight leakage when the eye wound was gently pressed 6 hours postoperatively. The man-made corneal stroma edema combined with corneal bandage contact lens was repeated and after 4 hours, no leakage was observed. All the patients healed well after the second day and one week postoperatively. Conclusion: The combination of the man-made corneal stroma edema combined with corneal bandage contact lens in treatment of slight corneal perforation in the clear corneal region is simple, effective and easy, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
