| 摘 要： | 目的:测定中药两面针植物根、茎和叶中20种金属元素的含量。方法:通过硝酸-高氯酸消解体系,有效地彻底消解样品中的有机物;而对于易挥发元素Hg、Se,则通过控制样品的消解量、消解温度和消解时间,从而达到最佳的消解效果,应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子荧光光谱法(ASF)进行元素分析。结果:中药两面针不同入药部位金属元素含量有别,Na在根中的含量比茎、叶高,而K、Ca、Mn和Mg在叶中的含量较根、茎高,20种元素回收率为93.9%～102.2%,RSDs均小于2.0%。结论:此方法简单、快速、准确,结果可为研究扩大中药两面针药用植物资源及综合开发利用提供科学依据。
