| 摘 要： | 目的探讨清胃散君药黄连分煎合煎后对盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷含量的影响。方法分别平行制作3份黄连分煎与合煎的清胃散样品,用HPIE法同时测定样品中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量;流动相为V（乙腈）:V(O.1 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾)=25:75,检测波长265 nm。结果黄连分煎混合后盐酸小檗碱含量为（2.261±0.252）g·L-1,黄芩苷含量为（6.738±0.292）g·L-1;清胃散合煎后盐酸小檗碱含量为（0.732±0.208）g·L-1,黄芩苷含量为（4.325±O.356）g·L-1。经方差分析清胃散君药黄连分煎与合煎对盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷含量的差别均有显著性影响,差异有高度统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论为更好地保留盐酸小檗碱与黄芩苷的含量,清胃散君药黄连建议分煎。

| Abstract: | AIM To assess the effect of mono-decocting and con-decocting of monareh drug（coptis） of Qinweisan on the contents of beiberine hydrochloride and baicalin.METHODS The contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin of the samples by mono-decocting and con-decocting were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was V（acetonitrile）: V(0.1 mol·L-1 KDP) = 25:75.Detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.RESULTS The contents of berberine hydrochloride of mono-decocting samples were（2.261±0.252）g·L-1,while the con-decoctings were（0.732±0.208 ） g·L-1;The contents of baicalin of mono-decocting samples were（6.738±0.292） g·L-1,while the con-decoctings were（4.325±0.356）g·L-1.With analysis of variance,the differences of the contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicahn of die samples between mono-decocting and con-decocting were both significant（P < 0.01）.CONCLUSION Monarchprincipal drug（coptis） of Qinweisan is proposed to be mono-decocted for the better retention of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin. |
