腰-硬联合阻滞与硬膜外阻滞用于分娩镇痛的比较

目的比较腰硬联合阻滞与硬膜外阻滞用于分娩镇痛的效果、安全性及对产程、剖宫产率的影响。方法自愿接受分娩镇痛的产妇120例,随机分为腰硬联合组（A组,n=60）,硬膜外组（B组,n=60）。比较两组在用药剂量、镇痛效果、产程进展、剖宫产率等几方面有无差别。结果 A、B两组在镇痛效果、安全性方面差异无统计学意义;而A组在产程进展、镇痛起效时间、镇痛满意率上明显优于B组;A组使用的药物剂量较低,剖宫产率也明显低于B组。结论与硬膜外阻滞相比,腰硬联合阻滞用于分娩镇痛效果确切,用药剂量较少,缩短产程且剖宫产率较低。

Comparison of Combined Spinal-epidural Block with Epidural Block for Anodyne Labor
