长白忍冬花蕾化学成分的分离与结构鉴定

目的：分析长白忍冬（Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel.）花蕾中的化学成分,为进一步开发利用其药用价值提供实验数据。方法：以长白忍冬的干燥花蕾为原材料，用70%的乙醇冷浸提取，经大孔树脂柱色谱纯化，用硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离其化学成分，利用紫外光谱测定仪、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪测定其化学成分的光谱学数据。结果：根据在薄层色谱中呈现单一斑点结果，从长白忍冬花蕾中分离得到5个化合物，经理化常数测定及光谱学数据分析鉴定其化学结构。其结构分别为：胡萝卜苷（Ⅰ）,7S-O-甲基莫罗忍冬苷（Ⅱ）,新橙皮糖苷（Ⅲ）,苯甲基-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅳ）,6′-O-β-D- 呋喃芹糖基獐牙菜苷（Ⅴ）。结论：该5个化合物均系首次从长白忍冬花蕾中分离得到。  

Isolation and structure identification of chemical constituents from buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel

Objective To explore the medicinal values of the buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel.by analyzing its chemical constituents.
