医用磁贴对合并胃肠功能障碍的重症肺炎患者的临床疗效

目的 探讨医用磁贴对合并胃肠功能障碍与衰竭（GIDF）的重症肺炎患者的临床疗效.方法 选择120例重症肺炎合并肠功能衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组（医用磁贴辅助治疗组）57例和对照组63例,观察两组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况、气管插管时间、住RICU天数及死亡率.结果 治疗组患者在胃肠功能恢复、气管插管时间、住RICU天数、死亡率方面与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）.结论 应用医用磁贴治疗合并胃肠功能衰竭的重症肺炎患者,可以促进患者胃肠道功能恢复,缩短插管时间及住RICU天数,并降低死亡率.

Clinical efficacy of medical magnet in the treatment of patients with severe community acquired pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction and failure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medical magnet in the treatment of patients with severe community acquired pneumonia （CAP） complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction and failure （GIDF）. Methods 120 severe CAP patients com- plicated with GIDF were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was additionally treated with medical magnet （ N = 57）. Gastrointestinal function recovery, intubation time, duration of RICU stay and mortality were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group with significant difference （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion Medical magnet can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and reduce intubation time, duration of RICU stay and mortal- ity in the treatment of patients with severe CAP complicated with GIDF.
