法乐氏四联症根治术46例报告

自１９９０年以来，共行法乐氏四联症根治术４６例。早期死亡４例，死亡率为８．７％。影响手术效果的因素较多，但手术矫正畸形的彻底性是主要因素，而右室流出道的彻底疏通及室缺的严密修补又是矫正畸形的关键。术后低心输出量综合征，严重的心律失常及顽固性心衰为主要的致死原因

Surgical mangement of Tetralogy of Fallot:A Report of 46 Cases

Since 1990,46 patients have underwent surgical management of Tetralogy of Fallot.Of these Cases,4 cases were early death with an operative mortality 8 7%.The authors consider that factors influencing the postoperative effect varies,but thorough correction of the malformation is important.The keypoint in anomaly correction is Right Ventrical Outlet deoppilation and satisfactory repair of ventricular septal defect.Low cardiac output syndrome,severe arrhythmia and incurable heart failure after operation are the major causes of death.
