| 摘 要： | 目的：检测P物质（SP）在口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）组织中的表达,探讨SP与OLP的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学技术检测19例口腔扁平苔藓和正常人口腔黏膜组织中SP的表达。结果：比较OLP组和正常对照组SP的表达,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,SP在OLP病损组织中表达高于正常黏膜组织;比较SP在糜烂型OLP组与非糜烂型OLP组的表达,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：SP在OLP组织中表达增高,SP在OLP的发生发展中可能参与了淋巴细胞的浸润及增殖,并参与了OLP慢性炎症机制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the expression of substance P(SP) in Oral lichen planus(OLP) lesion and investigate the association between SP and OLP.Methods:SP expression was examined in 19 OLP and 19 normal mucosa tissues by IHC.Results:The difference of SP expression in OLP and normal mucosal tissues was significant(P<0.05):the SP expression level was higher in OLP tissues than in normal mucosa tissues.The difference of SP expression in erosive OLP and non-erosive OLP group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:... |
