龙岩市2000～2004年性病疫情特征分析

[目的]了解性病的流行趋势和特点，为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对龙岩市2000-2004年性病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2000～2004年累计报告性病9044例，年均发病率为63．10／10万，2001年高达85.65／10万。病例中，淋病占47．42％，尖锐湿疣和非淋菌性尿道炎分别占16．70％和15．36％；男性5926例，女性3118例；20-29岁、30-39岁分别占30．38％、40．33％；季节分布以秋季为多，其次是夏季和冬季，分别占全年度的33.09％、27.30％和23．35％；地区分布以新罗区最多，占发病总数的35．12％，其次是上杭县，占21．48％。非婚性接触传播占75.72％，静脉吸毒传播占0．01％，经血液传播者占0．02％。[结论]龙岩市性病发病维持在较高水平，防治工作任重道远。

Analysis on Epidemic Situation of Venereal Disease in Longyan City from 2000 to 2004

[Objective]To explore the epidemic trend and characteristics of venereal disease and provide scientific basis for its control and prevention.[Methods]To analyze the epidemic situation data of venereal disease in Longyan City durig 2000-2004.[Results]The total reported venereal disease cases were 9044 during 2000-2004,the average incidence each year was 63.10100,000,and it got to 85.65100,000,the highest one in 2001.Among all the cases,the gonorrhea accounted for 47.42%,the condyloma accuminatum and NGU covered 16.70% and 15.36% respectively,5 926 cases were male,and 3 118 cases were female,20-29 years old group and 30-39 years old group accounted for 30.38% and 40.33% respectively among all cases.According to season distribution,cases in autumn covered the most(33.09%),while summer and winter standed the second(27.30%) and the third(23.35%).According to district distribution,Xinluo standed the first(35.12%),the second was Shanghang county(21.48%).75.72% cases were infected by sex transmission out of wedlock,0.01% by drug injecting,and 0.02% by blood transmission.[Conclusion]The incidence of venereal disease of Longyan City kept in higher level,the situation of its control and prevention were relatively serious.
