| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Jab1在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及其与LSCC临床病理和预后的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化SP法检测23例正常喉黏膜(NLT)和72例LSCC组织中Jab1的表达。结果: 在54.17%的LSCC中Jab1呈现过表达，并且与临床分期和淋巴结转移呈显著正相关，与患者的总生存率呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论: Jab1可能通过调节p27kip1蛋白的降解而参与LSCC的发生、发展, Jab1可以作为LSCC的一个预后指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of Jab1(c-Jun activation domain-binding protein 1) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its correlation with clinicopathologic variables and prognosis. Methods: Expression of Jab1 protein was determined by SP immunohistochemistry in 23 cases of normal laryngeal tissues and 72 cases of LSCC. Results: Jab1 over-expression was produced in 54.17% of LSCC and was significantly positively associated with clinicopathologic variables and lymph node metastasis. Survival analysis revealed that Jab1 over-expression was significantly negatively associated with the overall survival (P<0.05). Conclusions: Jab1 protein may contribute to the development and progression of LSCC by facilitating the degradation of p27kip1 and represents a novel prognostic indicator for LSCC. |
