| 摘 要： | 本文对６例正常人和８６例中枢神经系统疾病进行了脑ＳＰＥＣＴ血流灌注断层显像，并与脑ＣＴ检查进行了对比。采用半定量分析方法，对脑血管疾病进行了较准确的诊断，结果表明，对短暂性脑缺血发作、痴呆的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The cerebral blood perfusion tomog-raphy by single emission computed tomography and X-ray computed tomography were investigated in sixhealthy persons and 86 cases with diseases of central ner-vous system. Determination of the cerebral vessel diseaseswas judged more exactly by means of scmi-quantifica-tion. The result shows that the method is useful in diag-nosis and differental diagnosis of TIA and dementia. |
