| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方丹参注射液的药效学作用。方法:采取大鼠动物模型研究模式,分为对照组和高、中、低剂量组,注射药物后研究其药效反应。结果:和对照组相比,实验组在加纤溶酶活性、抗缺血和血栓形成等方面具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:注射用复方丹参具有显著增加纤溶酶活性、抗缺血和血栓等作用,但具体用药剂量还需要进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objectlve： To investigate the pharmacodynatics of compound Dansen injection liquid. Methods： animal study models were took out, big rats were divided into control group and experimental group of high, midterm and low dose, medicine effects were studied after Dansen liquid was injected. Results： Compared with control group, the improvement of fibrinolysin activity, resistance of ischemia and thrombus in experimental group showed significant differences （P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusions：compound Dansen injection liquid has significant character of improvement of fibrinolysin activity, but the right medicine dose still need further research. |
