659例药品不良反应分析

目的掌握用药过程中的药品不良反应（ADR）情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2004~2010年间659例ADR情况进行回顾性分析。结果 659例ADR报告中,抗微生物药物引起ADR最多,占总例数的43.39%;ADR表现以皮肤附件损伤最为常见,占总例数的31.83%;以静脉滴注给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的89.22%。结论应高度重视ADR的监测工作,加强合理用药,特别是抗微生物药物的合理用药教育,慎用静脉注射剂,减少和避免ADR的发生,保证临床用药安全。

ADR case report:Analysis of 659 cases in our hospital

Objective To master drug adverse effect during clinical medication.Methods 659 cases with drug adverse effect from 2004 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The proportion of drug adverse effect reduced by intravenous drip was 89.22%.The antibacterials adverse effect reduced by 43.39%.The appendages of the skin injure was 31.83%.Conclusion It is important to enhance rational administration to diminish or avoid drug adverse effect.
