磁共振血管成像对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨磁共振三维时间飞越血管成像(3D-TOF MRA)对颅内动脉瘤(ICA)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术或数字减影血管造影(DSA)证实的66例AN的3D-TOF磁共振血管成像(MRA)表现。结果66例动脉瘤患者共发现68个动脉瘤,其中3D-TOF MRA共检出动脉瘤63个,3例因完全血栓形成,2例因出血背景未明确显示瘤体,敏感性92.65%(63/68)。68个颅内动脉瘤中有7个磁共振成像平扫检查阴性,其中的6个MRA能明确显示动脉瘤。结论3D-TOF MRA是诊断颅内动脉瘤的首选方法。

Diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography on intracranial aneurysm

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three diamensions time of flight magnetic resonance angiography(3D-TOF MRA) on intracranial aneurysm(ICA).Methods 3D-TOF MRA features of 66 cases of intracranial aneurysms confirmed by operation or digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were analyzed retrospectively.Results sixty-eight aneurysms(AN) were found in 66 patients with ICA,and sixty-three of them were detected by 3D-TOF MRA,three because of thrombus and two because of bleeding were not showed definitely.The sensitivity was 92.65%(63/68).Seven aneurysms′ results of MRI were negative,but 6 aneurysms of them could be showed clearly by MRA.Conclusion 3D-TOF MRA is the sensitive method in diagnosing ICA.
