超敏C反应蛋白和D-二聚体联合检测在脑梗死中的应用

摘    要:目的:研究超敏C反应蛋白和D-二聚体在脑梗死患者中的变化及临床意义。方法选取135例脑梗死患者和60例体检健康人,采用免疫比浊法分别检测血浆中C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量。结果脑梗死组血浆C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),脑梗死组神经功能缺损越严重,其血浆中C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量就越高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经治疗后,缓解组血浆中C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量较未缓解组低(P<0.01),未缓解组血浆中C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量较未缓解组变化不大(P>0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白和D-二聚体联合检测在脑梗死的诊断具有重要意义,并且可用于观察治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the high sensitive C reactive protein and D two poly change in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical signiifcance. Methods 135 patients with cerebral infarction and 60 healthy people, by immune turbidimetry respectively to detect plasma C reactive protein and D two dimer content. Results Incidence of plasma C reactive protein and D two dimer content was obviously higher than that in the healthy control group (P〈0.05), nerve function of cerebral infarction is more serious, the levels of C reactive protein and D two dimer content is higher (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). After the treatment, the remission group in plasma C reactive protein and D two dimer content is no remission group (P〈0.01), non remission group. Plasma C reactive protein and D two dimer content is no remission group changed little (P〉0.05). Conclusion C reactive protein and two D dimer detection in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction fault is of great signiifcance, and can be used to observe the therapeutic effect.
