二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征

目的:观察分析二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:选择2000年1月至2005年10月在佛山市顺德区妇幼保健院就诊的PCOS患者40例,随机分为A、B、C3组。A组14例,口服二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗;B组16例,口服二甲双胍治疗;C组10例,口服达因-35治疗。3组用药时间均为12周。测定患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T),测量腰臀比值(WHR)及体重指数(BMI)并进行治疗前后的比较。结果:A组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T及WHR均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。B、C两组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但WHR明显升高(P<0.05)。A、B、C3组治疗后各项指标比较:LH、LH/FSH及T差异无显著性(P>0.05),而B、C组WHR明显高于A组(P<0.01),且两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:口服二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗PCOS疗效优于单用口服二甲双胍或单用达因-35。

Treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with Metformin combined with Diane-35

Objective To observe the effects of Metformin plus Diane-35 in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrom(PCOS). Method 40 patients with PCOS in our hospital from January 2000 to October 2005 were randomly assigned into three groups. Patients in group A (n=14) were given orally Metformin plus Diane-35, patients in group B (n=16) were given orally Metformin and patients in group C (n=10) were given orally Diane-35. The treated time of the three groups all lasted for 12 weeks. The serumal levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) were detected. WHR and MBI were detected and the data before and after treatment were compared. Results The serumal levels of LH, LH/FSH, T and WHR in group A significantly decreased compared with that of pretreatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Serumal levels of LH, LH/FSH and T in group B and group C significantly decreased compared with that of pretreatment(P<0.01), but WHR in group B and group C after treatment were much higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Serumal levels of LH, LH/FSH and T after treatment showed no significant differences(P>0.05) among the three groups, while WHR in group B and group C were much higher than that in group A (P<0.01) and showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion PCOS was more effectively treated by Metformin plus Diane-35 therapy than by Metformin or Diane-35 alone.
