| Abstract: | The financial assistance intensity of scientific research funds of Tongji Medical College has been increased gradually during 9-year period from 1998 to 2006.The funds were mainly provided for young and middle-age teachers working in medicine-related departments.To these end,the relative ratio of supported teachers with master or doctor degree and middle or high technical title was elevated year by year.Importantly,scientific research funds of Tongji Medical College began to bring into effects on the training and development of young scientific research talents. |
