| 摘 要： | 目的了解学龄前儿童血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶含量及其与性别、年龄的关系,并将结果与其他资料进行比较。方法采用Beckman-Coulter CX-7全自动生化分析仪测定体检者空腹血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶含量。结果各年龄组儿童检测结果比较,其差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。钙异常率为2.08%,磷异常率为7.69%,ALP异常率为0.80%。结论本组学龄前儿童钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶异常率明显低于其他地区,但碱性磷酸酶的含量却高于其他报道。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)with sex and ages,and to compare the result with other information.Methods Fssting serum concentration of calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were tested with Beckman-Coulter CX-7.Results There was no significant difference in sex and ages(P>0.05).The abnormal rates were 2.08%,7.69% and 0.80% for serum calcium,phosphorus and ALP.Conclusion In this group,the abnormal rates of calcium,phosphorus and ALP are lower than other areas,but the content of ALP is higher. |
