植物细胞膜固定化培养及产物释放行为研究

摘    要:
研究了植物细胞膜固定化培养中各种参数对反应器性能的影响,结果表明:细胞层厚度为7~8mm时生产能力可达到较高的水平;孔径为80μm的不锈钢丝网是合适的固定化长春花细胞膜材料;压力脉冲是促进胞内生物碱释放的有效手段;并在理论上建立计算反应器允许细胞层厚度的方法,计算结果与实验吻合较好。

Abstract:
Membrance immobilization of Catharathus roseus(L.)G. Don cell culture was studied.Results showed that the production capacity can attain a hagher level when the cell layer was 7-8mm thick. Stainless-steel. A method to determine allowable cell layer thickness was developed. The calculated calue agreed well with experimental results.
