| Abstract: | A nursing intervention program at commuity level was conducted among 82 aged people with diabetes mellitus.Two months later,the evaluation suggested that the subjects' fasting blood sugar level was dropped and their Quality of Life was improved,which included the decreasing of negative effects of illness on their social activities,and the decreasing of signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety.Methods and organizational structure of community nursing intervention were discussed.
