颅内动脉瘤术中破裂的处理

目的　讨论颅内动脉瘤术中破裂的处理方法。方法　显微镜下开放相应的脑池 ,以降低颅内压。控制低血压在 9 3～ 10 3kPa左右 ,阻断血运后处理。结果　 14例中恢复生活自理 6例 ,部分偏瘫 3例 ,运动性失语 2例 ,去大脑颈直 1例 ,死亡 1例。结论　对颅内动脉手术应熟练掌握显微外科技术 ,动脉瘤术中破裂是可以避免的。一旦破裂 ,应正确处理 ,避免造成严重后果

Management of Rupture during Operation of Intracranial Aneurysm

Objective To discuss the management methods of rupture during operation of intracranial aneurysm. Methods The relative cisterna was opened with microscope to decrease the cerebral pressure and controlled at 9.3～10.3 kPa and then operated after blood blockage. Results 6 of 14 treated cases could take self-care, 3 cases were partial hemiplegia, 2 cases were anepia, 1 case was decerebrate rigidity and 1 died. Conclusion The microsurgery technique should be performed skillfully to avoid the aneurysm rupture during operation. The normal management when rupture happened could avoid severe outcome.
