| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰在急诊机械通气患者中的治疗效果.方法:47例患者接受纤支镜吸痰,观察术前、术后临床症状、经皮血氧饱和度、氧分压及二氧化碳分压.结果:纤维支气管镜吸痰后, 心率、呼吸、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2,均有改善(P均＜0.01),有统计学意义.结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰有效地改善通气状况,降低通气阻力,用于急诊机械通气患者气道管理,针对性强,疗效好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect on the sputum suction by bronchofibroscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency.Method: 47 patients received sputum suction.The clinical symptom,pulse saturation oxygen,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide were observed and compared before and after brochofibioscope.Result: The clinical symptom,pulse saturation oxygen,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide were significantly improved after brochofibioscope(P<0.01).Conclusion: Higher ventilation and lower airway resistance were observed after brochofibioscope.Airway regulation by brochofibioscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency was proved to be a pertinent and effective method. |
