安徽省全民结核病防治知识知晓率调查情况分析

目的了解不同方式的健康促进干预措施对普通民众的影响程度。方法2004年以来,安徽省通过电视、广播、报纸宣传结核病相关知识,粉刷墙体宣传广告,在各级医疗单位张贴宣传画,利用fidelis项目在中、小学校开展结核病知识宣传。结果调查显示,通过对中、小学生开展结核病知识传播效果最佳,就诊患者中了解结核病相关知识有41.6%是通过中、小学生,31.5%是通过宣传画,患者相互间传播占10.45%。结论通过教育部门在中、小学开展结核病防治知识宣传活动是一项成效显著,切实可行的工作。充分利用广大学生求知欲望强,接受新知识快,乐于传播的特点,是做好结核病防治知识宣传的最佳途径,特别是在广大农村地区,文化知识层次较低的人群中传播。

The current statues of awareness rate of tuberculosis among all people in Anhui province Anhui TB institute

Objective To analyze the effects of various intervention measure of health education among population.Methods A questionnaire survey form were adopted.To investigate the tuberculosis related knowledge by television,radio,newspaper,health advertisements at the wall,picture post at health system and mobilozed elementary and secondary school students from 2004.Results In survey showed,the mobilized elementary and secondary school students' measure was best.In the suspect from outpatient,41.6% tuberculosis related knowledge from the students,31.5% from picture and 10.45% from the patients.Conclusion It is obvious effects through education system to mobilized students.It is a good channel to propaganda tuberculosis related knowledge utilizes the elementary and secondary school students' strong thirst for knowledge and fast gains the new knowledge' feature,special,at the countryside area and the population of low record of formal schooling.
