| 摘 要： | 红景天水煎剂和乙醇提取液均能降低老龄昆明鼠血中胆固醇（ＴＣ）和动物体重，同时升高血中甘油三酯（ＴＧ）；并且能抑制老龄鼠肝、脾组织脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）的形成及提高脾淋巴细胞电泳率（ＳＬ－ＥＰＭ）和红细胞电泳率（ＲＢＣ－ＥＰＭ）。提示，红景天是一种含有复杂成分的既有影响脂类代谢又有抗衰老作用的药用植物。

| Abstract: | Both of the decoction of Rodiala and the alcohol extract of Rodiala could reduce the plasma concentration of total cholesterol and the body weight of aged Swiss mice, while plasma con-centration of triglyceride increased.The both preparations could also inhibit the formation of lipid per-oxide in liver and spleen of aged mice,and elevate the electrophoretic mobilities of spleen lymphocyteand red bfoed cell.These results suggested that Rodiala was a herb with complex ingredients that af-fected on both lipid metabolism and anti-aging. |
