住院病人发药模式的探讨

目的探讨目前情况下对我国住院病人执行较佳的发药模式。方法以复旦大学两家附属医院住院病人的发药情况为背景，对单剂量发药工作流程中的问题加以分析，并结合工作经验与药品的质量管理技术提出解决办法及建议，以保证药品的质量，促进安全用药。结果国内医院的单剂量摆药还存在缺陷，易出现药品质量问题。其工作模式有待改进。结论单剂量摆药制仍不能保证药品使用过程中的质量，应实行合格的单剂量包装，但这会导致医疗成本的提高。

Discussion on Drug Dispensation Mode of Inpatient

Objective To explore the better mode of drug dispensation for inpatients. Methods Based on the present condition of drug dispensation for inpatients in two third degree hospitals of Fudan university, the issues in unit dose dispensation system for inpatients were discussed. By combining the occupational experience of drug dispensation and the scientific management for drug quality, we suggested suitable measures to ensure the drug quality and safety in clinical use. Results Obvious defects are existed on unit dose dispensation for inpatients in China, which lower drug quality, and the mode of drug dispensation for inpatients need to be improved. ConclusionsThe drug quality cannot be kept in the stream of the present unit dose dispensation system for inpatients, so unit dose package need to be adopted, and the medicine cost will be increased.
