通过临床病例构建试题库的探索

本文将试题库系统构建分成临床试题素材库和命题两个部分,通过整合医院信息系统,对有临床考试价值的病例信息,在录入医院信息系统时就进行标记,建立相应的索引,构建一种新型的临床试题素材库。该方法减少了收集试题素材的工作量,优化了命题程序。同时设计能完成试题库组建、试卷自动生成、上机考核、自动阅卷、考试记录保存、结果分析等功能的相关软件,将临床实践和临床考核融合为一个有机的整体。

Establishment of Item Pool Based on Clinical Cases

The article proposed that item pool should be divided into two parts, which were clinic resources and proposition database. We can make a new model of clinic resources database system by collecting and recombining valuable data, marking and indexing the collected date. The new system reduced the workload and optimized the proposition process. The new system also added some new function such as the formation of the database, the automatically preparation of the test papers, the computer - based examination, computer scoring, test records, result analyzing and so on. The new item pool made clinical practice and examination an integration.
