持续质量改进用于静脉用药调配中心质量管理的成效

目的探讨持续质量改进在静脉用药调配中心质量管理中的应用价值及效果。方法在静脉用药调配中心质量管理中，将持续质量改进应用到每一个工作环节，对存在的质量问题和隐患进行讨论、分析、找出原因并制订持续改进措施，实施质量改进。结果通过持续质量改进后，工作质量得到明显提高，配置差错率由实施计划前0．18％。降至0．04％。操作违规及劳动纪律由0．82％。降至0．28％。杜绝或减少了医疗差错和事故的发生。结论在静脉用药调配中心质量管理中引进持续质量改进，提高了配置人员的安全意识和责任心，保证了静脉输液质量及患者用药安全。

Utility of Continuous Quality Improvement for Quality Management in Pharmacy Intra- venous Admixture Service

Objective To explore the application value and effect of the continuous quality improvement for the quality management in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）. Methods In the quality management of PIVAS,the continuous quality improvement was applied to every work link,the existing quality problems and the hidden danger were discussed and analyzed,the causes were found out, the continuous quality improvement measures were formulated and the quality improvement was implemented. Results Through the continuous quality improvement,the work quality was increased obviously. The configuration error rate was decreased from 0. 18% before implementing the plan to 0. 04% ,the violation of operating and labor discipline was reduced from 0. 82% to 0.28%. Thus,the occur- rences of medical malpractice and accidents were reduced or eradicated. Conclusion Through introducing the continuous quality im- provement for the quality management in PIVAS, the safety awareness and responsibility of configuration personnels are increased, and the quality of intravenous infusion and the safety of the patient medication are ensured.
