九味羌活制剂中挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:目的:探讨九味羌活不同剂型各组方药材复方后挥发油的成分变化。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取九味羌活各制剂及其富含挥发油药材羌活、川芎、防风、苍术和细辛的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC - MS)仪分析鉴定。结果九味羌活制剂挥发油的 GC - MS 、薄层色谱(TLC)化学信号主要来源于组方药材羌活、川芎、防风、苍术的贡献,但也发现单味药材中一些化学信号在复方的九味羌活制剂中未检测到。结论采用 GC - MS 联用法研究九味羌活制剂各组方药材复方后挥发性成分的变化,为揭示其效应物质基础和配伍机理奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of the volatile oil constituents in the compound preparations consisted of various formula medicinal materials in different Jiuwei Qianghuo preparations(JWQHP). Methods The steam distillation method was adopted to extract the volatile oil in different JWQHP and from the medicinal materials containing rich volatile oil notopterygium incisum, ligusticum chuanxiong ltort., radix sileris, atractylodes lancea and asarum sieboldii miq. The analysis and identification were performed by using GC- MS. Results The GS- MS TLC chemical signals of the volatile oils from JWQHP were mainly originated from the contribution of formula medicinal materials notopterygium incisum, ligusticum chuanxiong ltort., radix sileris and atractylodes lancea. But some chemical signals from single medicinal material were not detected in the compound JWQHP. Conclusion Using the GC- MS comparative analysis method for studying the change of the volatile oil constituents from the compound preparations composed of formula medicinal materials in JWQHP lays the foundation for revealing the effective material basis and the compatibility mechanism.
